Delete Outdated Email Addresses on macOS

Over time, Apple Mail can accumulate a long list of old or outdated email addresses in your previous recipients list. Keeping these addresses around might lead to accidentally sending messages to the wrong contact, clutter your auto-complete suggestions, or make it harder to find the addresses you actually use. Removing old addresses helps keep your email organized, ensures you’re reaching the right people, and can even improve your overall email experience by reducing mistakes and confusion.
