Color Code Calendars in iCal

Open up ICal.   Do a CMD+I.   Check out color box  upper right.

Email Messages – Number and Size

When in Mail, click on tiny black wheel at bottom left.  Select “Get Account Info”.  Shows all mail boxes, number of total messages and size in one window.

When in Mail Application, click on Window, click on Previous Recipients.
