To Double Click or to Triple Click?

Place the cursor on any word.   You double click to highlight a word.   You triple click to highlight an entire line or paragraph.

When generating a new Mail message, or doing a Copy & Paste from somewhere else, and the text is too small, highlight the entire message and do a CMD plus +.

Run a Mail Search on Any Contact in Address Book

Control + Click on any contact in Address Book.   Choose Spotlight.  In Spotlight window (upper right corner) after name insert “kind:mail” without quotation marks.  This returns all email messages of that contact.
