Tony just found out how to show Stationery in Mail application.
When in Mail > New Message > View > Customize the Toolbar > Drag Default (which includes Stationery) to toolbar. Also, see "Show" and choose Icon & Text.

Go where to mail? (for stationary)
If I go to mail, new mail pops up- like I was going to send an email
When I go into settings to mail, then I don’t get the bar up there so no new message view or custom toolbar etc. so I obviously am not going to the right place in mail tell me where to go please (nicely) thanks Connie
