Set up Sleep Schedule:
- Open the Health app on your iPhone.
- Tap on Sleep and then Get Started or Edit your existing schedule.
- Define your desired bedtime and wake-up times, and set up an alarm if desired.
- Enable the Use Schedule for Sleep Focus option.
Enable Sleep Focus:
- Go to Control Center (swipe down from the top right of your watch face).
- Tap the moon-shaped icon (Sleep Focus) and select Sleep.
- Ensure the Schedule button is enabled to automatically activate Sleep Focus at your set bedtime.
Track Sleep with Apple Watch:
- Ensure Track Sleep with Apple Watch is enabled in the Sleep settings within the Watch app on your iPhone.
