Watch Time Machine Backups

Go to System Preferences by clicking on Apple in upper left hand corner.   Click on Time Machine.   Entering Time Machine from here will show you the rate, in MB, of your backup, rather than clicking on the Time Machine icon in the Menu Bar which doesn't show much information.

In Safari, open new web pages and keep current one.

Instead of clicking on a new URL on a web page and then going to that page right away, instead hold Shift+ CMD while clicking on new URL.   A new tab will appear in the tab bar that you can go to later, but your current web page stays open.

Remove Bad Email Addresses

When in Mail App > Window > Previous Recipients.    Highlight by clicking on name and choose Remove from List.
